Asbury Bozo Uber Alles
Asbury Park, NJ, the now long gone fun house on the boardwalk. Place was so creepy and cool, real house of mirrors, tilting room, nothing "fun", scary and sexy as shit. No ad placements like Great ADventure. Just nightmarish fun, scary! OOOH!. Place was run down but still operational in the off season and at it's best right after the summer. Air up girls dresses, Mohawks, Wonton soup, Schnapps. Think Springsteen caught these images in the "Tunnel of Love" video, but I took this shot way before that, was a bad ass for taking it with Pan X 125 and a gray filter, boss just lip synced. So, well, yeah, so what, I thought it was cool when I took it. And way before they caught that John Wayne Gacy fellow. So, well, yeah, that might have been him right there...yeah, maybe so. So?
